The BitWise Setup program installs BitWise and optionally creates some data folders. The default installation path is c:\Program Files\BitWise.

The Software is provided to you free of charge. BitWise Communications, LLC ("Authors") doesn't owe anything to you. If you choose to run the Software, you accept full responsibility for anything that might happen. While we try our best to release only stable, bug-free versions, this is not always possible.
The Software may not be used for commercial or business purposes without also purchasing BitWise IM Professional and using the Service within the Professional context. Information regarding BitWise IM Professional is available from the Software's web site at http://www.bitwiseim.com . Violaters are subject to immediate denial of service and may be subject to further access restrictions based on username or IP address, or any other non-invasive method by which access to the Service can be denied.
The Authors maintain the right of complete control over who may, and who may not use the Service. A list of "chatty" users is available from the Contacts menu on the contact list, as well as a user search feature that allows you to locate users by interests or geography. BitWise may be uninstalled from the Add/Remove Programs control panel.

The BitWise forums are an integral part of the BitWise community. Bug reporting and technical support are both handled via the forums, which allow user-to-user assistance and correspondence if issues affect more than one person. The forums are where many of BitWise's greatest features are born and grow, and all are welcome to mingle with the BitWise developers and users to refine BitWise's current and future features.
